Holi Festival Color Powder

India is a country rich with tradition and colorful celebrations such as Holi. For those who don’t know, Holi is a Hindu festival that welcomes the spring season and is also commonly known as the Festival of Color. Traditionally, the festival is spread out over the course of two days and celebrates color, fertility, love, and the triumph of good over evil. Unsurprisingly, it’s also a time for friends and family to connect and bond together.

One of the things that make the Holi festival so fun, though, is having the community come together to throw colored powders in the air. This usually happens the second day of the festival when large crowds gather in the streets or other meeting places to throw Holi powder. It’s a fun occasion for people of all ages. After all, what better way to celebrate life, love, fertility, and all that is good in the world than with a vibrant explosion of colored powder?
